Banned Book Resources
When this project was in its brainstorming phase the idea of book banning was inconceivable to me. Sure, it might happen in other countries, but never in the states. I
knew that states like Texas and Florida were trying to ban books, but I thought that those bans would never be upheld in court. I am lucky, I live in Illinois, a state which has banned book banning. This project could not have been done in many other states. This part of the website is dedicated to fighting those bans.It includes websites with online copies of books, and the websites of organizations that are fighting these bans.
